Job summary

CATARI is seeking an experienced Managing Director France to lead the market entry and operational setup in France. You will establish the local organization, build a high-performing team, and drive profitable growth while aligning with CATARI's global standards.

You will develop strategic customer relationships with EPC contractors and industrial clients, recruit and develop the local team, own the French P&L, and report regularly to headquarters.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a General Manager, Country Manager, Managing Director, or comparable leadership position (Experience with full P&L responsibility and business management)
• Strong experience within the industrial services, scaffolding, or access solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of building and growing a business operation.
• Solid understanding of the French market.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to deliver results.
• Ability to operate independently and build an organization from the ground up.
• Well-established network among EPC contractors and industrial customers in France.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead CATARI's operations in France.
• Develop and execute the market entry and growth strategy.
• Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, industrial clients, and key market stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within industrial, infrastructure, energy, and other sectors.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the local team.
• Take full ownership of the French P&L and business performance.
• Set up the local organizational structure, processes, and operational framework.
• Ensure alignment with CATARI's global standards, values, and strategic objectives.
• Provide regular reporting and business updates to headquarters.
