Job summary

CATARI is expanding into France and seeks an entrepreneurial Managing Director France to lead market development and build the French organization. You will establish the local entity, recruit a high-performing team, develop strategic customer relationships, and drive profitable growth across industrial sectors.

You will combine strong business development with operational execution, reporting to headquarters and ensuring alignment with CATARI's global standards and values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a general management or country operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong track record in industrial services, scaffolding, or access solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow a business operation in France.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead CATARI's operations in France.
• Develop and execute the market entry and growth strategy.
• Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, industrial clients, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within industrial, infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the local team.
• Take full ownership of the French P&L and business performance.
• Set up local organizational structure, processes and operations.
• Provide regular reporting to headquarters.
