Job summary

CEJN Group is seeking a Managing Director France to lead the French operations from Évry-Courcouronnes, driving sales, marketing and overall performance. You will manage the French team and coordinate finance and operations to reach growth targets.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and an ability to report to Group management, with frequent travel across France and collaboration with OEMs and distributors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior sales or general management roles.
• Strong technical understanding of B2B industrial equipment.
• Fluent in French and English; works in an international environment.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets and financial performance.
• Experience in a subsidiary of an international group in France.

Responsibilities

• Actively drive sales and marketing with the team.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow business and market share.
• Lead and coach the French team to improve performance.
• Oversee daily operations of the French entity for efficiency.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports to Group management.
• Report to the VP Europe and travel frequently within France.
