Talantir is seeking a Director of Operations – France to lead and scale operations in France, reporting to the Global VP of Operations. You will shape the growth playbook, drive data-informed decisions, and align local execution with group strategy across multiple functions.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, accelerate new service development, optimize pricing, improve client retention, and contribute to international strategic projects with strong French insights.

Qualifikationen

• Consulting experience from a top-tier strategy firm or equivalent professional services experience.
• Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and applying data to drive business outcomes.
• Experience working with multiple functional teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to manage complexity and deliver measurable results.
• Proven track record in leading operations and growth initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing senior leadership and working with experts in their field.
• Fluent in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Oversee France operations across Business Development, Communications, HR and IT.
• Drive data-driven decision making and performance management to accelerate growth.
• Implement pricing structures and discounts to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with CEO and Global VP of Operations to align local ops with group strategy.
• Support leaders in executing ambitious growth plans and embedding formal processes and metrics.
• Contribute French insights to international group-level initiatives.
