CATARI, a European scaffolding solutions provider, is expanding into France and seeks an entrepreneurial Managing Director France to lead market entry and build the local organization.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, establish relationships with EPC contractors and industrial clients, and drive profitable growth while aligning with CATARI's global standards and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven success as General Manager or similar with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong experience in industrial services, scaffolding, or access solutions.
• Track record of building and growing a business operation.
• Solid understanding of the French market.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to deliver results.
• Ability to build organization from ground up and operate independently.
• Established network among EPC contractors and industrial customers in France.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead CATARI's operations in France.
• Develop and execute market entry and growth strategy.
• Build relationships with EPC contractors, industrial clients.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in industrial sectors.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the local team.
• Take full ownership of the French P&L and performance.
• Set up local structure, processes, and framework.
• Provide reporting and updates to headquarters.
