Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Marketing Program Manager for France based in Paris. You will drive regional marketing programs to generate pipeline, collaborate with sales leadership, and own end-to-end campaigns from events to ABM.

This on-site role requires fluency in French and English and a proactive, hands-on mindset. You will partner with product marketing, ops, digital and partners, manage budgets, and travel ~20–25% for events.

Formación

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with tech focus.
• Hands-on, organized and reliable with attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience with Salesforce or Marketo.
• Willingness to travel ~20–25%.

Responsabilidades

• Own and run regional marketing programs in France to drive pipeline, including events, ABM and partner marketing.
• Take full ownership end-to-end; shape plans, align priorities, deliver and follow up independently.
• Be hands-on across execution; manage campaign setup including email, landing pages, lists, comms, logistics and vendors.
• Be on-site at key events; lead delivery and coordinate speakers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Partner with sales; align priorities, present plans and results, represent regional marketing locally.
• Ensure strong operational delivery; campaign setup, tracking, comms, promotion on time and on budget.
• Track performance and pipeline impact; follow up with sales and improve results.
• Collaborate with product marketing, ops, digital and partners in France.
