Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring a Marketing Program Manager for France. Based in Paris with on-site events, you will drive regional marketing programs aligned to Elastic’s priorities and act as the local marketing representative for France.

You will shape strategic plans, own execution end-to-end, and collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure pipeline impact and local relevance while traveling to key events as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing
• Strong experience in field marketing and running programs end-to-end
• Hands-on, structured and highly reliable with attention to detail
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization
• Fluency in French and English; travel ~20–25%

Responsabilités

• Own and run regional marketing programs in France to drive pipeline (events, roundtables, conferences, webinars, ABM, partner marketing)
• Take full ownership end-to-end: shape plans, align on priorities, deliver and follow up independently
• Be hands-on across execution: email, landing pages, lists, communications, logistics, vendor coordination
• Be on-site at key events, lead delivery, be main contact for speakers and vendors
• Partner with sales to align on priorities, present plans and results, represent regional marketing locally
• Ensure operational delivery: campaign setup, tracking, communications, promotion on time and budget
• Track performance and pipeline impact; follow up with sales and improve results
• Collaborate with product marketing, operations, digital and partners for France
