Job summary

Sapiance is seeking a proactive sales professional to strengthen relationships with existing clients and expand the French market presence. Based in Paris, you will travel to meet clients, coordinate with R&D on new solutions, and oversee showroom operations while representing the company at key industry events.

The ideal candidate has luxury/leathergoods or technical materials experience, strong negotiation and organizational skills, and bilingual French/English communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within luxury, leather goods, fashion or technical materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen commercial relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and prospect new clients and strategic partners in the French market.
• Travel regularly to maintain an active presence with clients and prospects.
• Analyse client needs and work with R&D to develop new solutions and applications.
• Manage commercial follow-up of projects and opportunities.
• Handle complaints and non-conformities, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Update and monitor all commercial activities in the CRM.
• Oversee the Paris showroom day-to-day operations.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
