Job summary

lemlist is seeking a French native speaker to drive revenue in the French market. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to onboarding—for companies ranging from 200 to 10,000 employees.

You will leverage both inbound demo requests and outbound prospecting to build a high-velocity pipeline and close multi-seat deals. Fluency in French and English is required, with 4+ years in sales and a track record as a top performer.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French & English.
• 4+ years of experience in a sales role with closing and top performer (top 20%).
• Pipeline generation: generate 50% of your own pipeline (Cold call / Cold email / LinkedIn).
• Deal management across multiple stakeholders with 3+ months sale-cycle and closing with C-level.
• Experience in competitive markets and interest in sales automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
• Focus on companies with 200 to 10,000 employees across various industries.
• Leverage inbound demo requests and outbound prospecting to build pipeline.
• Close inbound/product-led and outbound deals, contributing to revenue growth.
