Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with logistics transportation, or operations management background.
• At least 5 years of work experience in logistics operations, with knowledge of data integration, first mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return process, and import clearance.
• Solid working experience and relationships in 3PL management.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, analytical and data-driven.
• Fluent communication in French is required to communicate with merchants and vendors in France.
• Holder of Capacité de Commissionnaire de Transport Certificate

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the logistics operation in France, including import clearance, courier delivery, warehouse fulfillment, reverse logistics, reverse warehouse; end-to-end logistics performance from paid until delivered in different logistics modes.
• Building and managing key strategic relationships with Key Sellers, 3PLs, and Logistics Providers.
• Owner of SOP, responsible for operation performance indicator (KPI), root cause analysis, provide solutions and drive changes.
• Conduct market and industry research, develop operation plans to address issues and hedge risks caused by market or policy changes if needed.
• Manage day-to-day operations, track record of high performance and team improvement.
