Uber is seeking an Implementation Lead for France to drive successful launches of new Uber for Business accounts. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, and product teams to ensure adoption, enablement, and strong customer outcomes.

You will own end-to-end implementations from kickoff to post-launch adoption, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, and guide technical integrations (APIs, SFTP, expenses) for a smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B client implementation, onboarding, project management, customer success, or similar role.
• Experience owning end-to-end client implementations from kickoff to post-launch adoption.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations with timelines, risks and deliverables.
• Strong external/internal stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with data and performance metrics to drive adoption and improvements.
• Familiarity with integrations (APIs, SFTP, expense integrations) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Understand customer goals and influence mutual objectives.
• Create launch strategies to maximize adoption and usage; supervise 2–4 months post-launch.
• Set timelines and project plans; manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure customers are trained; create collateral and host training sessions.
• Assist with API, SFTP, or expense integration setups and monthly billing submissions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and support to ensure a smooth onboarding.
