Next Ventures is seeking a Deputy HR Director France – Senior Manager (Interim) in Paris, hybrid role with occasional international travel, starting January for a 9–12 month contract. You will lead HR strategy, transformation delivery, and industrial relations, partnering with executive leadership and cross-border HR stakeholders to steer change across France, the UK and Belgium.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience, including senior HR leadership.
• Extensive industrial relations and collective bargaining experience, including CSE consultations and chairing a CSE.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law, collective agreements and employment litigation.
• Proven experience managing restructurings, organisational transformation and employee consultation processes.
• Experience in complex, multi-site and international organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and executive advisory skills.
• Excellent written communication, analytical and project management capabilities.
• Fluent French and English are mandatory.
• Dutch language skills and experience in post-merger environments are advantageous.

Responsabilités

We are seeking an experienced Deputy HR Director to support a major organisation through a period of business transformation, organisational change and evolving employee relations.

This is a senior interim assignment combining HR leadership, transformation delivery, social dialogue and industrial relations, working closely with executive leadership and international HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of HR strategy, priorities and action plans.
