Ingersoll Rand in Bourges, France, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with managers and employees across multiple entities. Based at the Airmax site, you will implement HR policies, support day-to-day HR challenges, and ensure compliance with employment law and HR practices.

You will lead payroll activities, recruit and onboard, manage employee relations, and drive development plans while delivering accurate HR data and reporting. Regular travel (~50%) within France is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a Generalist HR role.
• Proven experience overseeing payroll activities.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations.
• Professional level of English (written and spoken).
• Valid driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Support and advise managers on all HR-related matters.
• Oversee payroll and personnel administration activities.
• Ensure the accuracy of HR data and payroll inputs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives.
