papernest, a European scale-up, seeks a Head of HR France to shape the HR strategy for the French footprint, including Paris and Reims. You will lead the France HR team (4–5 people) and act as the business partner on disciplinary matters, onboarding and labor relations, while driving AI-powered HR transformations.

You will oversee payroll compliance, HRIS (Workday), and employee relations, partnering with the Barcelona HQ to align with group HR strategy and growth plans.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles with proven team management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with strategic and operational capabilities.
• Curiosity for AI and new HR tools (Claude, Cowork).
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a fast-growing organization.
• Fluent English for regular exchanges with Spain HR team.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the HR strategy and policy for France, coordinating with Barcelona HR team.
• Manage and grow the France HR team (4–5 people) across Paris and Reims.
• Be the go-to Business Partner for disciplinary matters, onboarding, offboarding, reorganisations, litigation.
• Lead the rollout of the Manager DNA programme and redesign the performance review grid.
