Lucid France seeks a highly organized Financial Services Senior Specialist to own local Financial Services operations, governance, and reporting. You will align customer experience with lender requirements and commercial objectives within the NSC model, reporting to the France Country Director and the Lucid Financial Services Europe team.

Qualifications

• Education: BTS/DUT/DEUG/DEUST (Level 5) in Finance, Banking, Insurance, Accounting or Economics, or
• 5 years of professional experience in automotive finance, banking, or related areas.
• Experience in regulated Financial Services, governance, and reporting environments.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Financial Services operations, CRM, reporting, and governance processes.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary Financial Services contact in France for approved finance and leasing products.
• Support customers, retail teams, and partners through the financing journey, ensuring a premium experience.
• Coordinate financing-related escalations and partner interactions for timely resolution.
• Monitor Financial Services performance, customer experience, and process efficiency.
• Ensure governance, compliance, training, and regulatory documentation are maintained.
• Coordinate finance campaigns, product launches, and partner relationships locally.
