Lucid Motors is seeking a highly organized Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to support our France commercial operations. You will manage vehicle ordering, forecasting, allocation, inventory, logistics, and delivery processes while coordinating local marketing activities in line with European direction.

Reporting to the France Country Manager, you will work with Lucid Europe, retail and service partners, and agencies to ensure operational excellence, accurate data, and market readiness across

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience with forecasting, inventory management, and order processing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and digital platforms like Salesforce and CMS.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end vehicle ordering, forecasting, allocation, inventory, and logistics for France.
• Coordinate with Lucid Europe, supply planning, logistics providers, and retail partners.
• Maintain operational reporting, KPI tracking, and data governance across systems.
• Drive local marketing activities, campaigns, events, and market launches in France.
