Edgewell is seeking a Customer Service Manager France, based in Rueil-Malmaison, to lead the market-facing Order Management teams and align with the European supply chain to maximize value for consumers and trading partners.

You will oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Invoice process, master data, returns, and credit notes, while ensuring prompt inquiries responses and strong collaboration across commercial and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a numerate discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and SAP/EDI.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience in consumer goods or multinational environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the full Order-to-Invoice process and master data.
• Coordinate with Sales, Demand Planning, AR, Finance, W&D.
• Manage local CS team and monitor service level metrics.
• Oversee returns processing and credit notes in SAP and EDI.
• Ensure SOX controls and month-end closing of orders and invoices.
