Loxone is seeking a Country Manager for France to drive growth in smart building automation from Lyon/Genas. You will manage a local team, expand our partner network, and execute the digital sales strategy to scale our business in France.

You bring several years of B2B sales, account management, and business development experience, with leadership and a hands-on, customer-focused mindset. Travel is limited and onboarding will begin in Austria.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in business development, (key) account management, or sales management with Digital Sales processes
• Experience in managing small high performing teams with digital processes
• Persistence, high consulting competence, and communication skills
• Innovative, agile, and sales-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
• Limited willingness to travel, as most appointments take place virtually
• Willingness to make a proper Onboarding in Austria

Responsabilités

• Grow our Loxone Partner Network across France
• Lead and support a high-performing local team
• Drive the rollout and execution of the Loxone strategy to scale our business
• Identify and develop key B2B opportunities in smart building automation
• Ensure seamless implementation and support of partner projects
• Act as the go-to expert for Loxone in the region, representing our solutions with impact
