Job summary

ECOVACS Europe GmbH in France seeks a senior Marketing & Communications leader to drive local PR, influencer and integrated marketing initiatives aligned with business goals. You will own media relations, KOL campaigns and local events, while partnering with sales, product and EMEA teams to optimize the channel mix.

The role requires 10+ years in consumer electronics, fluency in English and French, and strong budgeting, KPI tracking and ROI analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• MUST: 10+ years of experience within consumer electronics.
• Experience as a PR/Communications/Marketing role.
• Understanding of media relations and digital media strategies.
• Budget planning and KPI tracking experience.
• Fluent English and French, oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing & Communication Activities in France.
• Own and execute local PR, influencer, brand and integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage media relations, press activities, product announcements and PR agencies.
• Develop and execute KOL/influencer campaigns, brand events, sponsorships and partnerships.
• Coordinate paid media activations across social media, TV, OOH and radio.
• Ensure all marketing activities are integrated, locally relevant and commercially impactful.
• Drive Marketing Performance & KPIs across campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, benchmark results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate performance data and market insights into actionable recommendations.
• Continuously optimize campaigns, channel mix and marketing investments.
• Act as a Local Brand Representative in France.
• Represent ECOVACS with media, influencers, agencies and external partners.
• Be a key local communication contact and brand spokesperson.
• Build relationships with journalists, KOLs and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, positioning and standards.
• Localize Global & EMEA Marketing Strategies for France.
• Adapt global and EMEA campaigns to the French market.
• Share insights and recommendations with EMEA teams.
• Own Integrated Campaign Execution end-to-end.
• Manage campaigns, product launches, retail activations and external agencies.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, deliverables and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Retail, Channel Marketing and EMEA teams.
• Demonstrate Strategic Ownership & Accountability.
• Take responsibility for marketing workstreams and outcomes.
• Combine strategy with hands-on execution and a proactive mindset.
• Drive continuous improvement and adaptive work practices.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, international environment with commercial awareness.
