Job summary
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Paris is seeking a Graphic & Product Design Assistant intern to help shape fragrance and beauty experiences. You will contribute to the visual language, toolkits, and product design systems that bring innovation to life.
Ideal candidates are final-year design students or recent graduates with strong 3D skills, Adobe Creative Suite, a portfolio, and English fluency. The 6–9 month internship includes up to two remote workdays per week and transportation
Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Industrial or Product Design.
- Strong sensibility for fragrance and beauty with curiosity for new tech.
- Skilled in 3D modeling and rendering; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- English fluency; French is a plus. Portfolio required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating 2D/3D assets, toolkits, and visual frameworks.
- Support concept development and translate insights into visuals.
- Contribute to design briefs defining project direction and deliverables.
- Help develop CAD renderings for products, packaging, experiences.
- Document and organize design systems and guidelines.
- Develop visual identity for internal documents and templates.
- Collaborate with design, marketing and R&D teams to realize ideas.
- Prepare materials for co-creation workshops and brand immersions.
