The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Marketing Product Development Assistant intern for Lab Series in Paris. You will assist in product development, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional coordination under the Global Product Manager guidance.

Based in Paris area, the internship offers up to 2 days remote per week, with a salary of up to €1,400 per month. English proficiency and a first internship in marketing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Business school student with keen interest in marketing, luxury and skincare.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of new Lab Series products from concept to launch.
• Assist in marketing plan development and strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to range activation through messaging and marketing tools.
