Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a creative and motivated intern to join our Store Design and Visual Merchandising team in Île-de-France.

This internship offers hands-on experience in retail design and merchandising for cosmetics and fragrances. You will collaborate with the design team on store layouts, 3D development, and seasonal displays while researching industry trends and supporting design presentations.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Architecture or a related field.
Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic knowledge of Autocad and 3D software (Sketchup & Vray) is a plus.
Passion for cosmetics and fragrance industry.
Passion for the retail sector.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with the design team to create store layouts and displays, including 3D development.
Support execution of seasonal and promotional displays aligned with brand guidelines.
Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors’ designs.
Assist in preparing design presentations and VM guidelines.
Participate in store visits to evaluate merchandising standards.
