Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. invites an aspiring Graphic & Product Design Intern to join L’Atelier in Paris. You will help shape fragrance and beauty experiences by developing visual language, toolkits, and product design systems that bring innovation to life.

You'll collaborate with the Fragrance Innovation team, support concept ideation, and contribute to 3D CAD renderings and documentation of design guidelines. A digital portfolio demonstrating creative thinking is required.

Qualifications

Student in final phase of studies or recent graduate in Industrial, Product Design.
Strong sensibility for fragrance, beauty, and innovation; curious about new tech.
Skilled in 3D modeling and rendering software; proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
Animated by Generative AI tools for ideation and visualization.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating 2D/3D assets, toolkits, and visual frameworks.
Contribute to concept development, translating insights into visuals via sketches and storyboards.
Help define design briefs with project intent and visual direction.
Develop 3D models and CAD renderings for products and packaging.
Document and organize design systems and guidelines for consistency.
Develop visual identity for internal documents and communications.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and R&D to realize ideas across mediums.
Support materials for co-creation workshops and brand immersions.
