Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience with perfumery ingredients and their characteristics.
• Good understanding of ingredient data management and portfolio analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Olfactive Family Reviews with stakeholders across Procurement, Sustainability, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Product Development and Perfumery.
• Drive initiatives to improve category win rates and margins while reducing supply chain risks.
• Lead SRC meetings and ensure progression of actions from discussions.
• Manage ingredient attributes through governance processes and ensure data integrity.
• Provide analyses and insights to enable fact-based decision-making by leadership.
