Job summary

IFF's Scent Creative Center in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks a Creative Catalog Manager to shape the portfolio of fragrance ingredients, balancing profitability, IP protection, supply security, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead governance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Perfumery to enable winning fragrance creations and timely catalog updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working with key perfumery ingredients and their characteristics.
• Good understanding of ingredient data management and portfolio analysis.
• Strong interest in patents, supply chain management, ingredient registration requirements, and database management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate Olfactive Family Reviews with key stakeholders across Procurement, Sustainability, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Product Development, and Perfumery.
• Drive initiatives to improve category win rates and margins while reducing supply chain risks.
• Lead SRC meetings and track progress on actions and projects.
• Manage ingredient attributes through governance processes and ensure data integrity for formulation decisions.
• Communicate Creative Catalogue developments and decisions to the global perfumery community.
