IFF in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, seeks a Creative Catalog Manager to shape the future of our Creative Catalogue. You will support the Creative Catalog Director in evolving the ingredient portfolio and ensuring it enables winning fragrance creations while balancing profitability, IP protection, supply security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.
• 3–5 years experience with key perfumery ingredients and their characteristics.
• Strong data management and portfolio analysis skills.
• Interest in patents, supply chain management, ingredient registration requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and orchestrate Olfactive Family Reviews with cross‑functional stakeholders to assess strengths and opportunities in the current and future ingredient portfolio.
• Drive initiatives to improve category win rates and margins while reducing supply chain risks.
• Lead the weekly and monthly Strategic Review Committee (SRC) meetings and progress actions from discussions.
• Manage ingredient attributes through governance processes and tools, ensuring data integrity for formulation decisions.
• Provide analyses and insights to enable fact-based leadership decisions.
• Communicate key Creative Catalogue developments and changes to the global perfumery community through SRC News Flash.
• Monitor ingredient landscape by building relationships with suppliers and tracking competitive activities.
• Support crisis management initiatives and coordinate ingredient sample logistics when required.
