Swan, a leading European fintech, is seeking a high-impact FP&A leader to orchestrate the full budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycle. You will partner with the leadership team to challenge performance, drive strategic decisions, and oversee a small FP&A team within a central Finance function.

You will own the corporate reporting, implement modern finance tools, and monitor unit economics while safeguarding financial risks.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of FP&A experience in a fast-scaling tech startup, B2B SaaS, or FinTech/Banking.
• Proven people manager with ability to delegate, conduct 1:1s, and coach a team.
• Strong ability to extract actionable takeaways from data and present to executives.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and experience implementing modern finance stacks (ERP, EPM, BI).
• Empathetic, collaborative, and results-driven team player.

Responsabilités

• Lead and structure the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning across all business lines.
• Manage and mentor the FP&A team with clear ownership and development paths.
• Drive business partnering by collaborating with leadership to challenge performance and inform decisions.
• Own the corporate reporting architecture, producing monthly performance packages and board materials.
• Modernize finance operations through improved systems, data flows, and analytical tools.
• Monitor unit economics and safeguard risks by analyzing margins behind transactional flows.
