Job summary

Mendo seeks a Founding Account Executive to open the Italian market from our Paris HQ, with regular travel to Italy. You will apply our proven playbook to engage CTOs, Chief AI Officers, and Digital Transformation Directors, and own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.

You will shape the market strategy with the Head of GTM, build a strong pipeline, and become the regional reference for GenAI transformation as the company expands across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in complex B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
• Proven track record closing high-value deals with large accounts.
• Mastery of consultative sales cycles and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue large Italian accounts (FTSE MIB and multinationals).
• Lead executive-level presentations, demos and negotiations.
• Develop and manage a predictable multi-month pipeline.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and ecosystem partners.
