Job summary

Mendo is seeking a Founding Account Executive based in Paris to open the UK and Ireland market, reporting to the Head of GTM. You will work from our Paris HQ with regular travel across the region to build the inaugural enterprise sales motion.

You will own the end-to-end cycle, engage CIOs and AI leaders, and tailor our ICP and messaging to local needs. Your success will establish the first local team as the expansion accelerates.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in complex B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record closing high-value enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to CTOs and AI leaders.
• Native English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and business development with target UK/Ireland accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Lead executive-level presentations, demos and negotiations.
• Build market intelligence and adapt messaging for local needs.
• Strategize, represent, and identify growth opportunities in the market.
