Job summary

Mendo, headquartered in Paris, seeks a Founding Account Executive to open Spain and Portugal markets. You will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with regular travel to Iberian markets.

You will leverage a proven playbook, engage CTOs and Digital Transformation Directors, and build a scalable pipeline as the region grows. Based in Paris with strong support from a global team, you’ll shape market strategy with the Head of GTM and become the founding regional

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in complex B2B SaaS sales with enterprise experience.
• Proven track record closing high-value enterprise deals.
• Mastery of complex, consultative sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and business development across Iberian markets.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Lead executive-level presentations, demos and negotiations.
• Build a predictable, high-quality pipeline from month one.
• Serve as trusted advisor on GenAI transformation for large organizations.
