Hyland, a leader in content services, seeks a Sales Development Representative for remote work across French-speaking regions. The role focuses on prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline growth through bilingual outreach in French and English.

You will identify and engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with field reps to develop targeted campaigns for French-speaking audiences. Travel up to 10% for events may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in inside sales or sales associate roles.

• Initiate discovery calls and qualify leads with Account Manager assistance.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects in French and English via emails and calls.

• Participate in trade shows/events and follow up on leads after events.
• Assist in reviewing RFPs and drafting documentation for potential opportunities.
• Update internal systems and use multi-channel tech stack to maximize outreach.
