Qualifications

• At least five years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Customer-facing engineering experience with customers or developers.
• Strong API and integration expertise, large-scale data flows, production troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and spoken English for technical communication.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through the implementation lifecycle, from evaluation to production deployment.
• Lead calls, deep dives, and live pairing to capture requirements and guide implementation.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and services.
• Own end-to-end delivery: design, develop, test, and deploy product improvements.
• Troubleshoot API behavior, deployment issues, and platform limitations with scalable fixes.
• Maintain clear communication and manage customer expectations throughout projects.
• Translate recurring needs into actionable product roadmap items.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs with product goals.
