Bazylic seeks a hybrid deployment engineer / deployment strategist in Paris to own customer outcomes end-to-end. You will scope, implement, and ensure value lands with client ERP integrations (SAP S/4HANA, EDI, SFTP) and APIs, while collaborating with engineering, product, and customer teams.

You will build on-site deployment playbooks, manage pilots to production, and translate field learnings into product requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years shipping software in production with real customer-facing time.
• Able to walk into vague business problems, run discovery, and produce concrete technical scope and path to production.
• Enterprise integration in real-world environments with ERPs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), EDI, SFTP, or similar.
• Experience building or deploying applications on LLMs (Claude, GPT, or similar) for production use.
• Owning the technical relationship—leading workshops and presenting to leadership.
• Managing deployment as a project from pilot to live with a customer counterpart.
• Hands-on engineering in TypeScript or Python, focusing on working systems over elegance.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Own deployment at the client: kickoff, discovery, scope against real workflows, plan the implementation, and drive from pilot to production on timelines.
• Build integrations that connect the platform to ERP/SAP S/4HANA, EDI, SFTP, REST APIs; write production code handling data and edge cases.
• Manage the customer relationship as the trusted technical owner; conduct quarterly business reviews, handle escalations, and drive renewals.
• Close the loop with product: translate field learnings into features and contribute to core platform.
• Set customers up for success: design evals, guardrails, train teams, and ensure adoption post go-live.
