Tamtam is seeking a Founding Customer Success Manager to join the Customer Solutions & founding team. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding, value realization, and ongoing satisfaction.

You’ll own customer relationships, monitor health metrics, and collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities. Fluency in French and English, Master’s degree, and 2–5 years in a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment are requested.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or Engineering and 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account management or Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfort with AI and data-focused product; proactive, organized and able to work in a fast-moving startup.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding new clients and ensuring time-to-value.
• Own customer relationships end-to-end and monitor success metrics.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with the sales team.
• Collaborate with Product and Ops to collect insights and improve the customer journey.
