MPL is looking for a proactive forwarder to manage the full journey from order to billing in Rouen. You’ll handle import/export, regulatory checks, and document handling while keeping customers informed and shipments on track.

Fluency in French and English is required, with a mindset of autonomy, agility, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, digital forwarder role.

Qualifications

• Experience in forwarding (import, export) and knowledge of transport regulations.
• Ability to handle forwarding documents with ease.
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication skills.
• Autonomy, agility and willingness to speak up and take initiative.

Responsabilités

• Own the full forwarding journey: orders, transport, documents, and follow‑up of import/export files.
• Keep shipments moving and inform customers from booking to billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Balance big picture with precision to anticipate issues and push for the best results for customers.

You have experience in forwarding (import, export..) and know your way around transport regulations.

You handle forwarding documents with ease.

Communication is key. You’re fluent in both French and English. Knowledge of any another languages is a plus.
