Bigblue is hiring a Transportation Manager to lead our German transportation offer within the newly formed transportation team. You will drive improvements in service levels, capacity, costs and carbon footprint across the German operations, providing a 360 view of the e-commerce supply chain.

This role offers an opportunity to impact customers, collaborate with Data Analysts, and work across multiple European markets from our Paris hub.

Qualifications

• +2 years of Supply Chain/ Transportation/ Project Management experience.
• Master's degree or higher in Business, Management, Transportation or related field.
• Proficient program manager with experience scoping, leading and delivering moderately complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
• Customer-centric with strong experience in customer judgment.
• Proven analytical thinking with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End owner of all Transportation processes from collection at Bigblue warehouses to delivery at final customer.
• Animate whole carriers portfolio through performance review and operations readiness.
• Lead and support continuous improvement or growth projects; find ideas and lead initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to develop and monitor Transportation KPIs.
• Support other departments (Customer Care, Warehouse or Product) as needed.
• Assist Head of Transportation in capacity planning, market research and sourcing of new carriers.

About the role

Bigblue is looking for a Transportation Manager to join Bigblue's newly formed transportation team and launch our German transportation offer. The role represents a critical function within Bigblue Operations to continuously improve the service levels, capacities, costs and reduce the carbon footprint of our German transportation. This is a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on our customers and to get a 360 view on the e-commerce supply chain.

• End to End owner of all Transportation processes from collection at Bigblue warehouses to delivery at final customer

• Work hand in hand with Data Analyst to develop and monitor full set of Transportation KPI
• Support other Bigblue departments (Customer Care, Warehouse or Product teams)
• Support the Head of Transportation in capacity planning, market research and sourcing of new carriers

Requirements

• +2 Years of Supply Chain/ Transportation/Project Management related experience
• Master's degree or higher in Business, Management, Transportation or other technical field
• Proficient program manager, with experience scoping, leading and delivering moderately complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team
• Customer centric. Must possess strong customer experience judgment
• Proven analytical thinking with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization
• Experience in prioritizing multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results
