MPL in Rouen is seeking a proactive forwarding specialist to join our team. You will manage import/export shipments, coordinate transport, complete documentation, and keep customers informed from booking to final billing.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, international environment, balancing the big picture with precise execution and using digital tools to streamline flows and improve service. Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in forwarding (import/export) and knowledge of transport regulations.
• Ability to handle forwarding documents with ease.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Autonomy, initiative, and willingness to speak up in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end forwarding journey (import/export, orders, transport, documentation, follow-up).
• Coordinate shipments and keep customers informed from booking to billing.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize flows and delivery times.
• Proactively identify issues and propose alternatives to keep operations smooth.
