Notion is seeking a Forward Deployed Architect to join our Services team in Paris. You will partner with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes, translating goals into scalable Notion architectures.

You’ll be hands-on from discovery to launch, balancing technical tradeoffs with practical deployment plans, and collaborating with Engineering when deeper support is needed. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tech services/consulting or similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear workflows and architectures.
• Hands-on mindset for AI-enabled workflows and prototype implementation.
