Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or technical training in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or food safety in a manufacturing environment is typical.
• Solid knowledge of food safety principles, HACCP, GMPs, and sanitation practices is expected.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with data entry and electronic documentation systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Collect samples from raw materials, in‑process products, and finished goods per sampling plans.
• Perform routine quality tests (pH, temperature, weight) and basic lab analyses.
• Conduct visual inspections of products, packaging, and labeling for compliance.
• Monitor HACCP controls and sanitation activities; assist with pre‑operational checks.
• Record results accurately and escalate non‑conformances promptly.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions under supervision.
