Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science, 5+ years in quality, knowledge of cGMP/cGDP/ISO standards, experience with MasterControl and SAP, and fluency in English. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of quality-related experience in pharma/medical device industry.
• Knowledge of cGMP, cGDP, ISO standards and medical device requirements.
• Experience with supplier engagement and quantitative analysis.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Oversee supplier management plans aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with suppliers, design engineers, quality and purchasing for improvements.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive SCARs.
• Work with cross-functional teams on product development for manufacturability and cost effectiveness.
• Approve components for use by driving Production Part Approvals with suppliers.
• Support supplier evaluation, audits and quality agreements.
• Assist in internal process improvements.
