Satispay is seeking a Legal Product Counsel to embed legal strategy into the product development lifecycle, working closely with Product, Tech and Design teams from ideation to international launch.

You’ll lead end-to-end product counseling, navigate European regulations, and translate complex requirements into practical guidance while balancing risk with business goals. This role requires relocation to Milan or Luxembourg and fluent English for an international context.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as Product Counsel advising on technology products, commercial and consumer law.
• Significant in-house experience within a fast-growing Tech or Fintech company.
• Deep familiarity with the fintech ecosystem (APIs, payment schemes, card networks, wallet architectures, open banking).
• Full professional fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end product counseling for new products and features embedded with the Product Team.
• Navigate European regulations and translate requirements into product guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Strategy, Marketing, Operations and Compliance teams to balance business objectives with risk management.
• Advise on consumer law for B2C and B2B expansion of the Satispay ecosystem.
