Job summary

Nasdaq in Paris is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive qualified pipeline across Continental Europe for financial institutions. You’ll work with the Head of Global Business Development in a hybrid Paris-based role, engaging with banks, asset managers, insurers, and treasury organisations.

The role emphasizes proactive, strategic enterprise prospecting, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Marketing and Partners to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in business development, sales development, or enterprise pipeline generation in SaaS.
• Fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline creation targets across the assigned territory, contributing to regional and global growth objectives.
• Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies to identify key stakeholders within target financial institutions.
• Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, event follow-up, and collaboration with Marketing and Partner teams.
• Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Solution Consultants to drive pipeline progression.
• Leverage data platforms and sales intelligence tools to improve prioritisation, prospect research, and outreach personalisation.
