Megève Bois by The Magic Collection Retreats invites a dedicated kitchen professional to assist the Chef in daily brigade management at our mountain property near Megève. You will help with storage, ordering, prep, and precise plating to uphold the hotel’s high standards.

We require at least 2 years in fine-dining kitchens, legal right to work in France, a driving licence, and the ability to start immediately or on short notice. A team‑oriented, meticulous approach is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' recent, verifiable experience in fine‑dining kitchens (Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels or high-gastronomy settings)
• Legal right to work in France (EU citizenship or a work visa already obtained or in progress) — no sponsorship beyond this
• Driving licence (own car preferred)
• Immediate or short‑notice availability
• Professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team

Responsabilités

• Support the Chef in the daily management of the kitchen brigade
• Ensure the correct storage and conservation of raw ingredients
• Manage orders and monitor the use and upkeep of equipment
• Deliver precise plating, consistent with the hotel's standards
• Carry out the necessary prep for service
• Keep the kitchen and stations clean and orderly at all times
