Megève Bois by The Magic Collection Retreats in Megève seeks a Chef de Partie to uphold the highest standards of a fine-dining kitchen. You will run your section autonomously, execute preparations and plating as directed by the Chef, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

Join a small, dedicated team in a permanent role with full-time hours and shared accommodation; immediate or short-notice availability is required. Legal right to work in France is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years' recent, verifiable experience in fine-dining kitchens (Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels or high gastronomy)

Responsabilités

• Run your section autonomously, delivering standards of excellence
• Execute preparations and plating as defined by the Chef
• Ensure correct storage and conservation of raw ingredients
• Keep your work area rigorously clean and orderly
