Pivot, a France‑based AI‑driven procurement platform, is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance function across our France, UK, and US entities. You will own close, consolidate across jurisdictions, and drive automation while partnering with non‑finance stakeholders.

You will manage external firms, build real‑time reporting for the Board, and oversee audits, tax compliance, FP&A, budgeting, and fundraising support as we scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in audit, accounting or finance, including Big 4 experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and multi‑entity consolidation across jurisdictions.
• Tech‑savvy with a knack for automation and learning new tools.
• Excellent communication with non‑finance stakeholders; numbers must be clear.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly close process end‑to‑end and consolidate accounts across France, US, UK.
• Coordinate three external accounting firms and transition toward in‑house accounting.
• Build real‑time financial reporting and SaaS board reporting; enforce internal controls.
• Lead statutory audits and tax compliance across VAT, CIT, payroll taxes.
• Oversee FP&A, budgeting, and board/investor reporting; support fundraising as we scale.
• Own finance tech stack and automation; connect ERP, billing, expense management, AP automation.
