Job summary

CMA CGM Finance Department is undergoing a major transformation to strengthen its role as a strategic partner. As a Finance Transformation Project Manager, you will coordinate end-to-end projects across Accounting, Controlling, Tax, and Treasury, collaborating with stakeholders from Marseille HQ, regional offices, and GBS/FiCOM.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in Finance Transformation, Audit, Consulting, or PM within a large, international organization.
• Strong ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects across geographies.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Finance transformation projects end-to-end (framing to implementation).
• Lead organizational and process diagnostics to identify inefficiencies.
• Structure improvement opportunities aligned with Finance strategy.
• Support design of target operating models (TOM) and transitions to shared services.
• Drive change management and maintain multi-year transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee governance with HO, GBS, regional finance teams, and impacted countries.
