Job summary

Airbus SAS in Toulouse seeks a Head of Finance Strategy & People Transformation to lead strategic finance transformation. The role partners with the Finance Management Board to shape an AI-powered future, driving digital and workforce change across a global organisation.

The successful candidate will steer change programs, build high-performing teams and collaborate with executive leaders to deliver tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of finance domain experience with a strategic focus.
Proven track record leading large-scale transformations in global organisations.
Experience partnering with executive leaders and driving change initiatives.
Fluency in English at a negotiation level.

Responsibilities

Drive executive alignment with the Finance Management Board and leaders.
Define the Digital & Workforce Transformation Strategy for Finance.
Steer organisational and cultural change across transformation projects.
Drive talent readiness and capability-building in Finance through learning programs.
Sponsor the AI-powered vision for the Finance function and operating models.
Lead, coach and inspire the Strategy & Innovation Team.
