Job summary

Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France, is seeking a Head of Finance Strategy and People Transformation to lead the Finance Transformation department. You will shape an AI-powered future of Finance, drive digital and workforce transformation, and partner with the Finance Management Board and senior leaders to orchestrate change.

You will lead a multicultural team, oversee change management, and sponsor innovative finance capabilities, including cross-divisional collaboration and strategic communication.

Qualifications

At least 10 years experience in Finance with digital/AI transformation.

Responsibilities

Drive Executive Alignment: facilitate strategic discussions with Finance Management Board and leadership.
Define Digital & Workforce Transformation Strategy: oversee strategy definition with Finance leadership and Digital organisation.
Steer Organisational & Cultural Change: establish change management framework for major Finance transformation projects.
Drive Talent Readiness & Capability Building: partner with the Finance Academy to develop competency and learning strategies.
Steer Finance workforce upskilling initiatives (bootcamps, hackathons, innovation days).
Sponsor the Vision of an AI-Powered Finance Function: integrate emerging capabilities into Finance roles and operating models.
Lead the Strategy & Innovation Team: direct, coach, and inspire a dynamic, multicultural department.
