Qualifications
- At least 10 years of Finance domain expertise with a strategic view on digital, AI, and workforce transformation.
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation in global organisations, pref. with consulting background.
- Proven ability to build, direct, and inspire multicultural teams with innovation.
- Fluency in English at negotiation level.
Responsibilities
- Drive Executive Alignment: facilitate strategic discussions with Finance Management Board and leadership teams.
- Define Digital & Workforce Transformation Strategy: oversee strategy definition with Finance leadership and Digital organisation.
- Steer Organisational & Cultural Change: set change management framework for major Finance transformations.
- Drive Talent Readiness & Capability Building: develop and implement finance competency and learning strategies.
- Sponsor the Vision of an AI-Powered Finance Function: integrate emerging capabilities into Finance roles/operating models.
- Lead the Strategy & Innovation Team: coach and inspire a dynamic, multicultural department.
