GEODIS INTERSERVICES recherche un Chef de Projet SAP Finance Expert pour piloter le CORE SAP Finance dans un cadre international. Vous animerez une équipe et assurerez le design et le déploiement des solutions Finance et P2P, en coordination avec les équipes IT et métiers.

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience significative en FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP et IM, et maîtrise les intégrations ERP et les déploiements SAP.

Formación

• Master/équivalent en informatique, BAC+5.
• Minimum 15 ans d’expérience en maintenance et projets SAP Finance dans un contexte international.
• Expérience démontrée en gestion d’équipe financière.

Responsabilidades

• Organiser l’activité de l’équipe SAP Finance IT et suivre les charges et capacités.
• Contribuer au déploiement de la solution Groupe Finance et P2P en apportant son expérience.
• Challenger et valider les solutions proposées par l’intégrateur SAP pour une solution maintenable et déployable.
• Assurer le choix de solutions durables et le suivi technologique et fonctionnel dans son domaine.

Project Lead SAP Finance Expert H/F

Digital & Technology at the core of GEODIS. By building on the GEODIS Strategy, Vision, Values and Golden Rules, GEODIS D&T's vision is to turn digital technologies innovation into GEODIS advantage to make Digital, Data and IT a differentiator for GEODIS' business in the marketplace while maintaining control of the cost & operational efficiency of our D&T ecosystem.

As part of its Odyssey digital initiative, Geodis has launched an ambitious project named Finance Transformation (FIT) to replace its existing heterogeneous solutions with a Finance and P2P core model based on S/4HANA Cloud private edition and Coupa solutions for the entire Group. This core model will cover the Record to Report (R2R), Controlling, Order to Cash (O2C) and Source to Pay (S2P) processes, and will interface with the Group's operational tools.

This multi-year project included the creation of a core model and the deployment of a pilot in 2024-2025, followed by roll‑out in waves from 2026 onwards.

Mission :

• Supporting internal business and IT teams in managing the Core Model consistency, enriching it and implementing it.
• Contribute to roll‑out the solution within the core team centrally by preparing or managing Design Authorities on SAP Finance
• Preparing the transition of the solution to run mode and to take in charge the entities that are in the process of being deployed.

The Internal IT SAP FIT Finance Project lead will have four main tasks :

• Organization of SAP Finance IT Project teamwork, monitoring of workload plans and capacity by prioritization.
• Contributing to the project to implement the Group Finance and P2P solution by providing his/her experience and expertise.
• Challenging and then validating the technical and functional solutions proposed by the SAP integrator to produce a maintainable and deployable solution until Core Model responsibility is handed over to Maintenance team.
• Ensure the choice of sustainable solutions and technological and functional monitoring within their area of responsibility.

Main responsibilities for the position :

• Organize team activity with responsibility of quality of delivery and planning respect
• Manage and report on own activity and team activity
• Evaluate solution and promote standard
• Gather customer requirements and draw up functional specifications.
• Run integration and non‑regression tests and support UAT.
• Validate deliverables and Check the quality and compliance of the solution.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects

Master degree (BAC+5) in IT with minimum 15 years' experience in SAP Finance maintenance and projects in an international context with excellent expertise of the FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP and IM modules

• Experience in highly interfaced ERP (Master data, AP, AR, TRY, Legal)
• Significative experience in team management such as Finance
• Proven experience of integration with SaaS solutions in an SAP context
• Participation in SAP deployment projects would be an appreciated added value.
• Mastery of the fundamentals of project management combining customizing and specific developments

The internal Project lead will need to have a good experience of business project assistance.

He/she will need to be able to work in a collaborative environment with the Finance team and other teams in the D&T Direction.

He/she will be able to organize activity of a team, defining priorities and manage peak of activities.

He/she will be able to report appropriately to his/her management and will be able to challenge requests while at the same time being able to make proposals.

The size of the team means that he/she will need to be flexible and able to work autonomously to develop your skills in new tools.
